What You’ll Do

As an IT Engineer, you will:

• Deliver managed IT services that ensure operational excellence for our clients.

• Implement and manage Microsoft technologies, including Intune, Microsoft Defender, Azure AD, and other solutions to support endpoint and identity management.

• Provide security-focused IT support, aligning services with Essential 8 cybersecurity requirements.

• Develop and maintain automated processes to streamline service delivery and improve efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with clients and teammates to deliver outstanding service.

• Play a key role in developing and improving our Managed Security services.

• Explore opportunities to contribute to project-based work and transition into security engineering if desired.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have any of the following:

• Most importantly is a positive attitude, a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively with clients and teammates.

• Some background in IT support & engineering, including cloud platforms like Azure and endpoint management tools like Intune.

• Familiarity or experience with

  • automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Power Automate and PowerShell)

  • identity and access management (Active Directory, Entra).

  • network security tools and networking.

  • security frameworks like the Essential 8.
